Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services.
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your English classes, please contact TALK & GO to receive a different level placement, a different coach, or a curriculum adjustments according to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule any class, as long as you nofity your coach 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Otherwise, the scheduled class will be discounted from your reservations. If you have an emergency such as: an accident, family death, or illness; a natural disaster or event out of your control such as: a hurricane, an earthquake, a tornado, a flood, a power outage, which disables you from taking the class; then you may reschedule the lesson for another day without any extra charges.
Gifts
Our English courses or classes may be purchased as a gift for a loved one. You can contact TALK & GO to purchase one of our packages, courses, or single classes.
Taxes
You must cover the VAT tax of 2% for every class, course, or package purchased. If using the PayPal payment processor, you must cover an extra commission rate based on your location.
